Warranty information

Your legal guarantee of conformity.

Legal guarantee

Under Polish consumer law, goods must conform to the contract. We are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

Manufacturer warranties

Some products may also carry a manufacturer's warranty; this is in addition to, and does not limit, your legal rights.

Reporting a defect

Email [email protected] with your order number, a description and photos of the defect. We will arrange repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund as the law provides.
