14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement (for example by email to [email protected]) with your order number and the items you are returning. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.

Returning the goods
Return the items within 14 days of notifying us to Sienkiewicza 81, 34-300 Żywiec, Poland, unless we give you a different return address. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof of their return.
