No. Checkout is guest-only — we ask only for your email and delivery address, nothing more.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All orders are charged in euros (EUR), with VAT included where applicable. Prices in USD, GBP or PLN are indicative conversions using European Central Bank reference rates.

Where do you ship from?

Our company is based in 34-300 Żywiec, Poland. Orders ship from Żywiec; delivery cost and timing are confirmed by email after you order.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of your withdrawal.

What guarantee do products have?

Under Polish consumer law we are liable for lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. After placing an order you see a full order summary with your order number, items, delivery details and our company details — you can print it or save it as PDF.
